What started as our mission grew to developing best in class technology that the largest health systems in the nation use for patient scheduling and managing referrals. Customer Success Executive
Being a close knit team, blockit provides a phenomenal opportunity to work across the organization to gain experience in areas you’d never even think of. Within my first 90 days, my efforts floated from Client Success, to tech support, to working with the development team on product features and requests. The diversity of experience really helped me better understand our business from top to bottom, and exposed me to functions within a growing business that I otherwise likely wouldn’t have pursued on my own.

My family and myself were in a place of change in our lives with relocating to the DFW area and making career moves. I cast my net completely outside my comfort zone and, as luck would have it, found a company that I perceived as positive, helpful, purposeful, and local. My decision to come to blockit was an easy one to make. Immediately after talking to the team during my interview, I understood the vision and beneficial impact blockit’s referral management solution could have for not only the clients they service, but the everyday patient stuck in limbo trying to navigate the daunting referral scheduling process. We all have been there or had a family member experience it. So if this could make a real change then I wanted to be a part of that endeavor. The culture at blockit is amazing. I have had the opportunity to work alongside a team that encourages and welcomes feedback on ways to make what we do better. All questions and ideas are recognized and appreciated. Considering we work in the healthcare industry that is forever changing, it’s nice to know that our culture is one that is open to adapting along with it by leveraging and valuing the input of our wonderful team.
