To better accommodate patient geographical needs and call centers, the Schedule a Patient workflow has been updated with the ability to type in city name and/or zip code to dynamically change the distance parameters when searching for a provider.
We now have the ability to configure and capture reasons that patients cancel appointments.
We have added some updates to our patient referral and appointment details screens that will make it easier for the user to print and fax.
There is a new feature to improve workflow efficiency by allowing users to schedule appointments directly from the expanded patient details screen if working from workQ Version 2.
